The client

Our client has been in the household food, household cleaning and cosmetics business since 1951. Today they are a well-established business serving markets both with proprietary brands and on behalf of third parties, for major retail brands and important industrial customers. They produce over 300 million packs of finished products every year, which fill the shopping trolley of Italian and foreign consumers. With 500 employees and two plants of 35,000 square metres of which 21,000 covered and 19,000 square metres of which 14,500 covered.

The challenge

Our customer is aware that many people buy and consume the bakery products and detergents that come from the company’s production units. This awareness stimulates a sense of responsibility to always do better, also to defend the intergenerational heritage it has built up over time. In addition to the quality of the products and organisation, in the management of relations and operations the values of sustainability, safety and ethics are central; in fact, in the code of ethics the principles of continuous improvement and social responsibility are strongly felt. Responsibility not only towards consumers but also towards employees. Ensuring safety in the workplace to create peace of mind and better products was the main demand.
